Just pick a First Name and a Last Name and you're usually good to go.If you want to play as a noble you might want to replace the Last Name with "of" + human controlled area. Examples: "Jennah of Kryta" or "Rurik of Ascalon". You can also choose smaller areas like Beetletun or Shaemoor.

As soon as the dialogue ends, be prepared for a fight. Set up traps, spells or spirits before the dialogue. Several waves of assassins will come at you, two to five at a time. You are alone against the first wave, so hold tight. Casters should try to back up and squeeze the assassins into stairways for AOE damage.
